At approximately 7:00 this evening a Kissel Bros. Shows employee was injured when a large piece of decorative scenery on the Musik Express ride became dislodged from it's supporting rail and fell approximately 12 feet.

The incident occurred during the ride's installation at the Great Darke County Fair in Greenville, Ohio.

The guide rail which failed is only utilized during installation of the decorative scenery and does not support the structure during operation. The actual ride was not damaged and will operate as scheduled.

The employee was transported to Miami Valley Hospital with minor injuries.
